Patients will learn about Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma, the role of aqueous fluid, and how it circulates and nourishes the eye. They will learn that when the aqueous fluid can no longer drain, pressure inside the eye elevates and damage to the optic nerve can occur. They are told how it is diagnosed and how it is treated via medications, laser surgery and filtration surgery with blebs and stints (MIGS), as well as who is at risk. They are warned that regular check-ups are critical in preventing vision loss as there are usually no symptoms of Glaucoma in its early stages.

This brochure measures 8 ½” x 14”, is parallel-folded, and printed on glossy 100 lb. text weight paper stock. The front and back panels are available for customization.
